Alright. What do you think of this place so far?Whoever's in charge isn't throwing concerts the way Mu was.

Yeah, that boy band thing is starting to feel like just a coincidence, right?

Guess so. Them getting arrested means they're pawns at most.

The NPCs are a lot more complex here, too. It's hard to know what to look into.

And not everyone is a highschool student, though that may be out of necessity.

What really gets me is, why do we still have these stupid bodies?

Right, it'd be bad if everybody was.

That's what I'd like to know. There's obviously people our age here.

About this being another planet, and that this isn't some other virtual world?

I don't really want to consider it. How would you even explain half this stuff if it was real?

That sounds pretty video game-y to me.

It didn't work that way in Mobius, though.

Maybe this is an upgrade? I don't know...

Some people claim to be from like, places where there isn't any technology. Or they talk about necromancy and stuff. That's gotta be fake, right?

That's a pretty serious dedicating to RP if it is. They hardly seem to break character.

Maybe... they could just be really complex NPCs?

Though it kinda seems like the Moonblessed are the player characters, so I don't get it. But what's the alternative, this is all real and we just happened to show up in our avatar bodies instead of the real thing?

I wouldn't discount it. The idea is that our souls are in Mobius anyway, right? So if a place really was magically kidnapping people--and I'll give you that it's a strange premise to start with--it does seem to make some logical sense that it would kidnap the part of us that was sentient, ie, our souls, rather than our lifeless bodies. And our souls just happened to be in the form of this so that's what went with it. I don't love the implications, but this is starting to be far too complex even for Mu and Aria.

You might be right. I don't know why my soul would pick this look for me, but we wouldn't have been trapped in Mobius if that wasn't true...

I don't think your soul did. We know Mobius created these things. I just mean that this place might've picked us up where our souls were at, which happened to be in these bodies.

Huh... Well, this is all way over my head anyway, but I guess that makes sense.

If this is real though... are we gonna age all over again? Ugh, I don't want to think about it.

No way, we aren't going to be here long enough to age.

[anemoneae]

Where else will we go? Back to Mobius? If we got sent home like this, we'd be seriously screwed.

We're going to find out a way to get home.
